A plain-language summary of how this website, the Parent Portal and our email list use your information. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
Website forms. When you apply or send a message we receive what you type: your name, email, optional phone and your message. Email list. If you ask for the free Calm Parenting guide we collect your email and optional first name. Parent Portal. Families who are accepted create a login. We keep the information you add there: agreements you sign (with your typed name, the date and time and the network address you used), your family intake answers, feedback, lesson progress and messages to us. We do not collect payment card details on this website.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, review your application, arrange a consultation, deliver the program, keep our records, send the emails you asked for, and improve the program. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Form messages are delivered to hello@intentionalfamilyexperience.com and kept in the site’s private records. Our website host, email service, newsletter service (MailPoet), scheduling tool, video host and encrypted backup provider process data on our behalf, only to run the service. Family information in the portal is visible to your guide and the small team who support families, and is not shown to other families.
Children’s information
This program is for adults. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing about your children. Do not send us diagnoses, medical records or anything about your family you do not want recorded.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to keep you signed in to the portal and to remember that you closed the sign-up window. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies.
Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link. Program and account emails (such as portal invitations and signed-agreement copies) are service messages.
How long we keep it
We keep family records and signed agreements for as long as needed to run the program and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete what we hold about you, subject to those obligations.
Security
The portal is private, signed-in access only, and the site is backed up in encrypted form. No online service is perfectly secure, so please do not send emergency or highly sensitive information through the site.
